At the bar
As a Cask Marque pub, we take pride in our cask ales. You’ll also find a wide choice of lagers, ciders, wines and soft drinks, so there’s something for every taste. Ask at the bar to see what’s pouring.
Pull up a chair
Our large, family-friendly beer garden and outdoor seating areas make a lovely spot to catch up and enjoy a drink in the fresh air. Children and dogs are welcome, and there’s free Wi-Fi if you need to stay connected.
Join the action
There’s more to the Flyer than a seat at the bar. Catch Sky Sports across six TVs, enjoy a game of pool or darts, and join us for live music, special events and our quiz every Thursday. Clever teammates welcome; confident guessing also counts.

A few good reasons to make a night of it
Wednesday brings fish and chips from the van in the car park. Thursday is quiz night: gather your team, bring your thinking caps and enjoy a little friendly competition. Add live music and special events to the mix, and there’s plenty to put in the diary.
Check What’s On for the latest posters, event details and this week’s sport.
Match days, pool nights and village life
Football, rugby, golf, cricket or tennis: settle in for live sport with a proper pub atmosphere. Leeds United supporters will feel right at home, and there’s always room for another opinion on the match.
We’re proud of our pool team too. Follow their fixtures and results, or enjoy a friendly game of your own when the table is available.
