Facts, sources & how to play
Original puzzles made for the Fenton Flyer. Historic facts checked against Leeds United, the FA, UEFA and other football records. The player wordsearch uses the club’s 2026/27 squad list alongside former players.
Wordsearch: choose two endpoints in a straight line. Crossword: clue numbers share a square where Across and Down start together. Crossed answers share letters, just as they should. Checking answers marks correct clues; showing a solution ends that attempt.
More puzzles will join the line-up, including Sudoku. No stopwatch — take your time.
Our online quizzes are just for fun, and separate from the Thursday quiz at the pub. No prizes, no accounts — just bragging rights.
